Core Fusion Workouts

  • CF Open – 9/19, 9/20, 9/22, 9/24, 9/25

This week the focus was getting back to a routine. I love Core Fusion but sometimes its easy for me to make excuses not to do it. Especially when I know I want to get in some cardio as well. Instead of the hour-long cardio sessions I’ve been known for, I balanced it out this week by taking half the time on days that I do Core Fusion. This week my only long run was on Wednesday and surprisingly I don’t feel an ounce of guilt. It may seem unlikely but I swear I’m noticing more tone in my arms and bum. I’ll take long lean muscles over skinny fat any day.

Core Fusion Workouts

  • CF Open – 9/26, 9/29, 9/30, 9/31

So excited about my Core Fusion progress. My triceps are noticeably stronger, demonstrated by the fact that I can now complete the tricep series with 3 pound weights as opposed to 2 pounds. This may seem like an extremely low weight, but for anyone who’s done core fusion you know that you exhaust your muscles with low weights. Its challenging! I didn’t make it to class on Tuesday and that was disappointing but the plan is to attend in Santa Monica so that I make 4 classes this week.
